This 121 km route blends a Chevreuse ride with a west-side loop, offering a scenic tour of Yvelines.

This route starts out cutting through the 15th, then climbing through Clamart before dropping into Bièvres. From there, you take the lower road across the valley through Jouy-en-Josas and up the bonus climb. Afterward, you cut across to Guyancourt, head south, and enjoy the descent down 17 turns. Once you pass through Les Essarts-le-Roi, the route turns north into an area I hadn’t explored before. While it’s full of farmland, it’s more rolling and interesting than I expected. You’ll ride through several charming villages, including Les Mesnuls, before linking up with the west-side return.

Somewhere around the 70 km mark, there may—or may not—be a sneaky little climb… but there’s only one way to find out. The last 40 km is a classic western return route, taking you back through Versailles and Meudon before cruising along the quai to finish.

If you’re looking to mix things up and discover new places, this is a great route.
