If you have less than 2hrs, a Marne loop is the best option. For being in the city area the whole time, it is a surprisingly nice route, especially on Sundays when there are no cars allowed. The route follows the Seine until it meets the Marne river where you follow the quiet street around the river bend. At the halfway point you cut across the river and up a climb just to spice things up a bit before dropping back down and finishing off the loop. The route takes you around 1 lap of the polygon, but feel free to add as many as you desire. After some fast, or chill, laps you can cool down dropping back to Seine path to cruise back to the cafe.
